Your personal information will be used to provide products and services that you have requested, keep you informed about changes in these products and services and eventually request evaluation about the services provided.
In order to comply with above mentioned activities, we require to gather the following personal data: Name, e-mail, your City and State. In such a case, you need to send a letter “ARCO rights request” to Fernando Sanchez via e-mail to fernando@quantummpm.com, in which you should indicate at least: i) Complete name and the necessary personal data to identify you and which are the subject of your request to execute any ARCO right ii) The requirement on the ARCO right to execute iii) Attach documentation to validate your identity and if applicable iv) Your express request to revoke the consent of personal data treatment. If you do not manifest your opposition for your personal data to be transferred, it will be understood as you have
granted your agreement to do so.
We also make you aware that your data may be transferred to individuals and entities of the same interest group, local or foreign, with the object to comply with the objectives for which you have provided your personal data. In the case we do not receive any express objection for your personal data to be transferred in the forms and terms described above, we understand you have provided your tacit agreement to do so.
